Jennifer's Mission for Each of her Pageants -
It is my main goal to treat each and every contestant as a person and not a number in the pageant or an entry fee for the pageant. Without you, there would not be a pageant. It takes a lot of time to prepare for a pageant and without supportive family, friends, and sponsors. It would be impossible to put together everything necessary to compete.
As a pageant mother, I understand this and I want to reward the courage of the young ladies who are willing to walk on the stage in front of a crowd and the hard work of the coach, parent, or sponsor who makes it possible for them to do what they love to do by offering prizes and awards that I would be proud for my own daughter to receive as well as support, encouragement, and friendship throughout the year.
On your quest for the crown, I want every aspect of your experience with this pageant to be a positive one…from filling out the application to answering questions you may have before, during, and after the pageant to being right there with the ones who accomplish winning the titles and promoting Forestry in our community and surrounding area. While there are certain duties a Wayne County Forestry Queen must fulfill, I will always be there to encourage, promote, support and give back to my queens for all they give to this pageant. You will not be promised a scholarship/savings bond and receive less than promised. Wayne Forestry queens are crowned to represent the Wayne County Forestry Pageant and I realize that sometimes participants hold other titles that require appearances as well. I don't penalize you for holding other titles nor do I restrict your participation in other pageants. I feel that if I let you know what is expected of you before you enter this pageant; you will be able to make an educated decision when it comes to your participation.
Lastly, I will treat everyone involved with this pageant with kindness and utmost respect. Whether you win, place, or not-by having the courage just to compete, you have proven your inner beauty and that you are a winner by your own actions, not by someone else's opinion.
Always be true to yourself and others will be true to you. Please don't hesitate to contact me at any time with any comments, questions, or concerns. God bless you.
