This is not one of Jennifer's pageants.  Jennifer only coordinates this pageant for the Pecan Festival....please take notice this pageant is a more Natural to Semi-Glitz Pageant.  Hair and Makeup is allowed just NO big pageant hair and Light Makeup.  Judged mainly on facial beauty and personality.

Miss Pecan Fest Pageant 

October 10,  2009

Lee Street Resource Center  Blackshear, Georgia 

Benefiting the Southeast Cancer Unit 

11 am (ages 0-6 years)/1 pm (ages 7-23 years)

Registration:  Doors will open at 9:00 am….Registration will be from 10:00 until 10:30 am for ages 0-6 years and will be from 12:00 pm until 12:30 pm for ages 7-23 years. 

Eligibility:  We do not discriminate against race, creed or religion. The pageant is open to all young ladies that live in Georgia.  Although, you can not enter the pageant if you have been married or married, have had a baby or pregnant, or been convicted of a felony crime.   

Deadline:  We must know prior to the day of the pageant that you are entering. If you do not call us on/prior to October 6^th, you will not be able to compete in the pageant.  If we receive your entry form after October 6, 2009, there will be a $10 late fee added. 

Age Division:  No Grace Period

Beauty: Pageant Dress or Sunday Dress Accepted!  Light Makeup!  There will be NO rehearsal for the pageant. Model will be a “T” pattern.  There will be a Beauty winner and 2 runners-up in each age division. Contestants judged on Facial Beauty, Personality and Stage Presentation. Beauty winners will receive a Crown, Award, Satin Monogrammed Banner, and Crowning Pin. Runners-up will receive an award.  All contestants not placing will receive an award for participating in the pageant. 

Photogenic:  Photos may be turned in at the beginning of the contestants’ registration time. The will be one photogenic winner in each age division.  Winner will receive a nice award.  We suggest a more natural photo with minimal touchups.  

Prettiest Smile: There will be one Prettiest Smile winner in each age division. Winner will receive a nice award 

Fan’s Favorite Queen:  The girl out of ages 0-6 years and the girl out of ages 7-23 years with the most votes will receive a Crown and Award.  Votes are $1.00 each….you can start collecting from now until the intermission for each half of the pageant.   

General Admission: $5.00 per person. Only the Contestants and Children 4 and under are the only ones admitted for FREE.
